Robert Gross

Bobby is a Licensed Social Worker and a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Social Work. He brings a warm, open, and connected presence to his work, helping clients grow into more integrated and authentic versions of themselves. Bobby sees it as a privilege to walk alongside clients on their path of self-discovery. He has supported adults of all ages in outpatient psychotherapy settings, using an eclectic approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and strengths-based modalities. Bobby has experience working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and substance use, as well as those seeking support with professional growth, spirituality, masculinity, and interpersonal dynamics. His goal is to co-create a space where insight, connection, and personal transformation can unfold.
