Had back surgery yesterday at Phoenix Spine and Joint with Dr. Koffie. My nurse, Jill, was very attentive and explained everything to my husband and I. Then Dr. Koffie came in and talked to us about what would happen during the suShow morergery. This is only my second operation, ever, but Dr. Koffie and his team made feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Koffie if you need back surgery.

Dr. Koffie is an excellent surgeon. He is patient, explains what is happening clearly and has great “bedside manner”… Most of all, he is very competent!
Working with Dr. Koffie is a positive, ongoing process. He clearly explains details on my condition and makes logical sense on treatment options.
Dr Koffie and all his staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Koffie explained and showed me what the MRI results were and how he can fix it. He took the time to answer all our questions.
All was great except a small mix up on a referal to another Doctor.
Everyone did a wonderful job . The best possible care y'all can get. I would highly recommend them.

Very personable and the Dr explained everything
This tele-health visit yesterday was my third interaction with Dr. Koffie. He continues to answer all questions patiently, is kind, and thorough with explanations of potential procedures. I would highly recommend him
Dr. Koffie is an excellent neurosurgeon. He listens with compassion and really cares. His office staff are very friendly and answer all my questions in a timely manner. He definitely changed my life and I’m on the path to functioning more. He has a wonderful general surgeon to work with when you need a team of doctors. He fought for me when my insurance was denying the surgery as well. Spine surgery is scary enough and I truly felt like I was in the best of hands. Thank you so much.

Dr. Koffie has a great bedside manner, is kind, courteous and thorough. He took time to explain everything he saw on the MRI in our initial consult and then the course of action that made the most sense. He explained the procedure in detail along with the common outcomes. The entire crew at the Surgery Center were wonderful and attentive. They, including Dr. Koffie, again took the time to explain everything that was going to happen in detail. I highly recommend Dr. Koffie.

Dr. Koffie is highly skilled neurosurgeon and completed his training at the finest medical schools/hospitals in the U.S. He is thorough, kind, and compassionate. I would definitely return to him should I ever need a neurosurgeon again.
Dr Koffie is absolutely the most caring doctor. He's very attentive to your specific situation. He listens extremely well and patiently while you tell him all of your concerns and thens explains what he believes to be the best options you may have. You never feel rushed, he takes all the time you need. When you walk out, you finally feel like someone heard you and somone cares to make your life better.

6 weeks ago, Dr. Koffie performed an ACDF procedure to replace the discs in the C5/6 and 6/7 area of my neck. From the first meeting to my recent follow up, he has been extremely kind, soft spoken, and very professional. The experience at the surgical center was fantastic. Everyone was extremely nice and truly looked out fory well being. I give Dr. Koffie my highest recommendation!!
Dr. Koffie performed a highly successful spine surgery on me a few months ago. He is very thorough and explains everything in easy-to-understand terms. He truly cares about his patients. His office manager, Jaime, is awesome! She is friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend this medical practice!
