Meeting Dr. Boliver-Campbell for the first time was like "a breath of fresh air". I felt like I was in the presence of a doctor that listened to what I was saying to her. She made recommendations for what I needed to start doingShow more. Which sounded great to me. She made me feel welcome and at ease. On the other hand, the reception staff is doing a poor job when it comes to answering the telephone. I've called the doctor's office for three days straight, 4 calls each time each day. No one answers the telephone, it goes straight to voicemail. The receptionist must not leave the doctor any messages either. It was having terrible cramps in my body, so I needs a refill on my prescription badly. It took 4 days for me to get a response.
This office visit was the most incredible experience of all my medical visits. I was greeted cordially and professionally by all staff. The doctor was very patient, thorough and vested in me. She evaluated all systems of my body. Show moreShe provided me with referrals for requested specialty physicians. My visit ended with the scheduling of a return visit and all the staff thanking me joining the office practice as a new patient. The customer service was superior and the professionalism was superb.
