Meeting Dr. Boliver-Campbell for the first time was like "a breath of fresh air". I felt like I was in the presence of a doctor that listened to what I was saying to her. She made recommendations for what I needed to start doingShow more. Which sounded great to me. She made me feel welcome and at ease. On the other hand, the reception staff is doing a poor job when it comes to answering the telephone. I've called the doctor's office for three days straight, 4 calls each time each day. No one answers the telephone, it goes straight to voicemail. The receptionist must not leave the doctor any messages either. It was having terrible cramps in my body, so I needs a refill on my prescription badly. It took 4 days for me to get a response.

Then review sugest in apositive way .She has apeople person attitude of which irealy do admire She does not stress what one should doShow more or not. Meaning you are given facts and good ood medical advice.The staff are also very giood at their jobs.I like visiting this clinic.
