My left foot was killing me it was burning and stabbing even when I was in bed. I thought I had neuropathy. My diagnosis was not correct neuropathy would have to be in both feet this was only in one. So it turned out to be planterShow more facilities and Dr. Rowland was wonderful. He gave me a cortisone shot that has made it feel oh so much better. I did have to wait a bit and then come back in the afternoon but it was well worth it. He is a magician.

If you are looking for a pain management specialist who truly cares, look no further than [Dr. Reinhardt. He has a phenomenal bedside manner and a deep understanding of chronic pain. Instead of just treating my symptoms, he listened to my struggles, validated my pain, and worked with me to find a customized treatment plan that actually works. The kindness of Dr. Reinhardt and the entire staff makes every appointment a positive experinece.

Professionalism: Addressed my Dx & Rx. Although I arrived at 8:47am for 9:00 am appointment I was not seen by Dr. until 11:17a. Nor did I receive Rx Baclofen Pump Refill. Dr. Reinhart said that because July 4th holiday & Rx for pump refill had some refill solution issues with company providing solution, I could wait until July 7. Theoretically, not having pump refill would not be problem until Friday July 9th. I’m apprehensive about delay in Rx Baclofen Refill of pump. I’m DEFINITELY Annoyed about two-hour sitting in office with no explanation for why no medical attention. Thank you for providing this questionnaire for me to vent. Eleanor M. Inoue July 1, 2026

Dr. REINHART did an excellent job of assessing my problem after getting my complaints symptoms and reviewed in my system as well as past history. He was very attentive even listening while my wife and I were giving the history and asked very pertinent questions. He addressed a treatment plan and set that in motion for the follow up after some tests are done. I would without reservation strongly, recommend Dr. REINHART as a excellent pain specialist Robert Gebhart MG

Dr Reinhardt listened to all of my concerns about possible treatment options and gave me his recommendations, without trying to push me in a certain directions. He answered all of my questions and spent the time needed to make me comfortable with my direction. Nice job Doc!!

Dr. Roland Reinhart is one of the most knowledgeable and amazing doctors I have every been to, and I have been to a lot! He "listened" and "heard" everything I shared with him and was able to help me fully understand the injury I sustained to my left hip. He was patient, kind, and respectful. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asked. His staff was also wonderful, and, sadly, that is hard to find in most medical offices today.

Bonnie F. • April 13, 2026

Doctor Reinhart, Typically I don't write reviews, but here we go. On March 16th, I found you to be very thoughtful and I felt like you cared about what you could learn about my situation with another image of your own. When I left, I was confident that we could come up with a plan that suits me best, whether you would suggest an injection or not. I did get the impression I would see you for my follow through appointment and was surprised that it was not the case. When I expressed my concern to the receptionist about why I was going to see a PA for my next appointment she said, "Oh... he tells everybody that." I believe you should communicate that to your patients yourself. I feel like being straight with us about what to expect would show you are confident in your staff. I left thinking, " well, are the results going to be relayed to me with His review & opinion, or hers? I'm still curious about the answer to my question. FYI, I've seen the PA (at Inland Pain Center in Colton (unbeknownst to me), before I even met the Pain Specialist! He was unprofessional, rude and willing to suggest an injection right away which is why I came to you for a second opinion. I'm glad I didn't jump right in and do that without seeing a doctor! Also, while making my next appointment at your office, a patient got out of her chair and approached me from behind and whispered, "make your appointment with Amber (I think that was her name) not the other one." So I did. I'm sure I speak for others when I say, I would rather hear from you that I'm going to be seeing a PA rather than a receptionist telling me. It Just feels more secure. I'm happy I met you and I'll be back soon. Thank you for your time and I look forward to some sort of plan even it's physical therapy. My back was feeling better after 10 treatments but I think I answered their final test questions wrong, for they stopped my treatment because my scores were lower, showing that I wasn't getting better compared to when I started therapy. That's not true. Again, Thank you, much appreciation and gratitude! Elizabeth

A painfully long wait A painfully long form to fill out- A screen with question after question after question on and on They tell me you must do this every time!!!! I like dr REINHART but that is All I Liked

Patricia P. • March 07, 2026

I'm glad I came back; I was neglecting my situation for a while and now Dr. Reinhart is taking care of me.

Ernest V. • February 28, 2026

Dr Reinhardt is so genuine and caring For the FIRST in 5 months I have hope.

Carol M. • February 28, 2026

Disappointed the practice does not accept payment from Railroad Medicare. So others similarly situated may wish to avoid Desert Pain Specialists.

Sean J. • February 24, 2026

I had to wait for 4 hours to be seen my appointment was at 1 and I as see at 4 I was in so much pain on my back to be waiting so long

Anna D. • February 24, 2026

Always a wait, wish they would schedule appts further apart

Donna F. • February 19, 2026

After waiting for two hours after my appointment time I decided enough is enough, there were6 more people ahead of us yet to be called. We don’t mind waiting 15 to 30 minutes, but this is a ridiculous way to run a practice. My time is valuable too.

Douglas J. • February 17, 2026

Knowledgeable with excellent communication skills. Very satisfied.

Robert W. • February 14, 2026

The wait is long but I did not feel rushed or not heard with Dr Rhinehart. He listens and takes the time you need without feeling like a bother or rushed

Darnelle B. • February 10, 2026

Staff was polite and courteous. The only thing was I had 1115 appointment and I got there at 11 and I didn’t see Dr. Reinhardt until 230. I guess I just got caught on a bad day.
