Dr. Ron Kerwin is always a great doctor to visit! Unlike other Dermatologists I’ve visited, he will take care of as many things that are needed, not just three things and have you come back again so they can get paid for another Show moreoffice visit. I travel 1/2 hour on the expressway just to see him! Dr. Ron Kerwin is the BEST!!!
The doctors and staff are wonderful, I've had three great experiences, 4 star because the covid precautions were way over the top for 5 months after vaccine is available with only 200 cases a day in Michigan. Felt like I had lShow moreeprosy the questioning and duct tape over seats, temperature, throwing away of a pencil after touching it.. way over the top.
The founding partner of Associated Dermatologists, Ronald D. Kerwin, MD, started as a solo dermatologist practitioner in 1981. He is available for appointments at the Atrium Medical Center in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
Dr. Kerwin received his medical degree from Wayne State University after earning his undergraduate degree from Oakland University. After completing an internship in internal medicine at Sinai Hospital, he finished a residency in dermatology at the Wayne State University Department of Dermatology.
Dr. Kerwin is on staff at St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital and Detroit Medical Center Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital. He participates in the training of numerous student and resident physicians who rotate through the Associated Dermatologists offices yearly. He is also a clinical instructor at the Wayne State University School of Medicine.
He has been named a “Top Doc” by Hour Magazine every year from 2011-2020.
Dr. Kerwin lives in West Bloomfield with his wife, Cheryl. He has four children and seven grandchildren.

Once I am in the office, everything is great. The wait is short and Dr. Kerwin is attentive, caring, and funny. The office automated phone system, on the other hand, is terrible.

Dr. Ronald Kerwin did a great job diagnosing the issues I was facing. Initially I thought he was hasty but he was actually patient and kind in his approach. My dry sensitive skin issues have so far been faring Much better with the products he recommended. Hoping it stays this way!
