I was kept waiting for 35 minutes past my appointment time. Then the girl who tried to do a blood draw kept trying to put the needle near my elbow instead of a vein. Rose did the blood draw herself with no problem.

I actually held off leaving feedback this time until I could express the correct words. I’ve been going to this office for a while now and initially it was awesome. Through time I’ve seen things beginning to change which often times happens as a provider becomes popular. Example longer wait times, stressed staff, ext. This time however I have seen a noticeable difference. Provider Little was awesome as always but in my personal opinion the office is way under staffed to accommodate the influx ….

Roselllittle is very good at what u need done she’s very caring as far as Ihave meet e her she was goood to Come Out to My home I’m paralyzed from waist down and thankful for her home visits also do telehealth visits too The office staff n nurses are excellent glad we have them in port jervis. To help the community out and beyond there too do u self a visit w her office in port jervis on ball street. Or give them a phone call Very satisfied customer Jill Speedling

Excellent customer service. I’m very happy with the doctor and her staff and the office. Staff is very nice too very professional and made myself. My husband and my nurses aid to feel very very good about the visit. We’re very thorough. Very punctual did bloodwork and got history of my meds, etc., and just overall a very good experience.

I was not sure that my debit card info was saved on file so ozempic was paid off with a money it was designed to pay off another bill. So we the patients have to be aware what credit card are saved on file to avoid this which it was my fault. Roselle are her staff is very nice and professional.
