Dr. Rosemarie White, PMHNP

Dr. White, is a highly skilled mental health specialist at Restoring Foundations Psychiatric Counseling Center in Dover, Delaware. She has created a compassionate environment for her clients, delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Dr. White obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, and her master’s in nursing informatics at the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Purdue University in Chicago, Illinois. 

Dr. White enjoys improving her patients’ mental health using psychotherapy, healthy lifestyle coaching, and medication management. She treats patients struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, substance abuse, and more. 

Dr. White welcomes new and existing clients to Restoring Foundations Psychiatric Counseling Center and looks forward to restoring their mental health and well-being.
