I can't say enough good things about Dr. Chod. I've been seeing him for a couple of years now and I still have my sight. Even though I get an injection in my left eye, it seems to be getting easier every time and it's over prettyShow more quick. Before I know it! Dr Chod was friendly and on time with the preliminary eye tests and fluid drops. He was very professional in his examination of my eyes especially my left eye including the dryness of both of my eyes and his recommendations to pShow morerevent, spot in my left eye lid regarding which he referred to another eye specialist to check it out.
Ross Chod, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon (or retina specialist). Dr. Chod founded Retina Specialists of Colorado in 2018 to provide Coloradans with the utmost in exceptional and compassionate retina care.
After growing up in St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Chod received his medical degree from the Tulane University School of Medicine in 2012. Dr. Chod completed his ophthalmology residency at St. Louis University. From there, Dr. Chod did fellowship training in Vitreoretinal Surgery at the prestigious New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in New York City, before moving to Colorado to start Retina Specialists of Colorado.
Throughout his education and career, Dr. Chod has been published in numerous esteemed ophthalmic journals and has presented papers on his work at national ophthalmology meetings.
When he is out of the office, Dr. Chod takes great joy in spending time with his family, including his wife and three children. He also enjoys staying active with skiing, golf, and ice hockey.
