I found Rukaiyah Ferguson to be attentive and thorough. She explained my next steps- beginning the assessment process. She is someone I feel I can trust to handle my issues. She suggested flexible options for continuing which included using medical insurance to pay for testing or paying a reasonable company independently. The latter provided me with more options to get tests not typically offered. I will definitely contunie with her!
Ms. Rukaiyah was very lovely and understanding. She asked how I felt and for clarification on what I meant and took my opinions into consideration. I very much appreciate that.
