I was not treated by Rupa. I had an appointment scheduled with her but I was never told that I would be seeing someone else. I found it very offensive that no one took the time to tell or even ask if I was okay with it. She calShow moreled another person's name and I was shocked. I felt overlooked and unimportant. I was insulted. No courtesy was shown to me, people treat animals better. I was very disappointed. The gentleman that did see me was very though, knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind.
Dr Rupa is very knowledgeable and is a great physical therapist. Dr. Rupa and staff are very hands on. I have been to many different physical therapist and have felt like everyone is doing the exact same routine but with Dr. Rupa Show moreit feels tailored for the individual patient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rupa and staff for your physical therapy needs.
