After my doctor passed Dr Beis stepped in and took over the practice. Beis ended up with honeycomb clinic off Lamar. I continued to drive that long distance to get my refills. Monday I had my regular appointment. I had an appointment for medication refills as I've done for years now. I had also started feeling sick over the weekend before my appointment. I had high heart rate, low grade fever, I was shaky, told him i was seeing black dots when I stand up. He addressed none of that. Talked to me me more about his sleep schedule what sleep mushrooms he takes OTC. His weight loss on ozempic. He never examined me. At this point I just want my refill and leave. As I'm leaving, Dr. Beis says I'm doing your refills now and I leave. They were never refilled. This is the second appointment where he has forgotten. I called multiple times with no reply or call back (mo one ever returs your calls!). So my only solution was to drive back to the office and get help. He was rude. Told me if I didn't leave he would call the police on me. I was calm, confused, hurt and very shocked at his treatment towards a patient more less a woman. Eventually we had to get a hold of someone in honeycomb clinic administration to help me. They did. Within a couple hours my medication was refilled. I was very sick for days without my medication due to this doctor. When I asked him for a solution he said he'd call the cops. Why I ask? What doctor would ever do this to thier patients. I'm not sure but that's the last time he will ever see me.

I met I met this doctor about a year and a half ago when my doctor had passed he took me in got all my medical records and started me over to diagnose me to see what was going on and so far everything is going good I would recommend only Dr beis to see me it's hard finding a good doctor
