Great theraputic skills, friendly, honest, caring, empathetic and able to adjust to people of all personalities. You can't go wrong with Ryan. His associate Kayla is also excellent. I look forward to all my appointments with both of these mental health professionals.

Today I made a contract with Ryan for me to quit shopping,spending, smoking pot. I thought that it would make me accountable for my actions. I know I need to quit these addictions. I have come so far and he’s gotten me through my brother’s death my parents ( which I never thought I would get through) with Ryan’s help I got through it without drinking alcohol or gambling and those are the most important factors. Now I just have to quit spending money on drugs and clothes and designer purses.
Ryan is such a personable guy and really remembers and follows up with the things going on in your life. I’ve been seeing him for almost 3 years and it really has made a difference!

Ryan called me out on my rationalization for using drugs and lying to everyone my boyfriend sponsor doctor and my AAgroup. Well today I came clean to my sponsor doctor and with my honesty I feel like a weight has been lifted. I’m trying not to use pot but I use my medical card as an excuse. To be truly sober I must refrain from the use of any mind altering substances all of them so tomorrow will be day one (again) and I pray ? that I can stay sober. I’m going to go to NA and get an NA sponsor !
Ryan is a great listener I have been going through a lot my boyfriend is on Hospice for stage four lung cancer my mom passed 5/7/23 my dad passed 8/18/22 and my brother passed 6/9/21 so I have a lot to share he listens and offers solutions. I don’t always listen but it’s a work in progress. I am grateful to talk to him every week!??
