All of the staff is friendly, and makes you feel like family. They are very professional and great at what they do. You do not have to wait for hours to be seen like you do at most places even when you have an appointment. They arShow moree quite efficient. When trying to reach the office, you actually get to speak to a live person which is amazing because other places I have been, I was never able to get through. Anyone needing pain management, I would refer to this practice over any other!!!
I became a patient of Dr Ramsook shortly after he opened his office in Tallahassee. I consider him a trusted friend; which isn't something I say lightly nor is it something I can truthfully say about any other doctor I'veShow more seen over the years. He's extremely knowledgeable & genuinely cares about each & every one of his patients. He treats pain at it's source using localized nerve block injections & RFA's rather than prescribing medications which simply mask the pain. HIGHLY recommend!

I have been in pain management/treatment for over 15 years and, in my opinion, Dr. Ramsook and his staff are like a breath of fresh air... they actually seem to care about your health and well being by offering different treatment options in a professional, yet personable manner... simply put, they seem to actually listen to their patients.
Everyone from staff to doctors are very caring and helpful. Dr. Ramsook has used procedures never mentioned by any other provider. Much of my extreme pain has been alleviated. I am so grateful for this practice. Highly recommend.

Very good service
In 2006, I was involved in a terrible auto accident. I broke my neck and spine causing me to live in pain. I had nine orthopedic surgeries/spinal fusions. I've been battling thyroid cancer since 2016 with anticancer meds causing further muscle, joint, nerve and bone pain. Tired of pain relief meds further damaging my body, I met Dr. Ramsook/United Spine & Pain in 2021. He performed cutting-edge procedures including radio frequency ablation allowing me a quality of life once again. Yay!

Dr. Ramsook is a great doctor. After my MRI showed I have a fractured bone in my back, Dr.Ramsook explained to me how he was going to help me and I am so grateful. He knew exactly what he needed to do to help me and I am almost pain free.
