It was a pleasurable experience, the staff was polite and caring the moment I stepped into the facility. The practitioner was very knowledgeable and explain every concern, the Sono tech was very knowledgeable as well and made me fShow moreeel comfortable with the procedure. The person who took my blood did it the first time without having to poke me more than once, the tech who did the EKG explained in detail the procedure. It was a complete screening of all of my concerns which I appreciated. Thank you
The staff was very nice, they were very organized. They did their job well and they got people in and out from the time I got here fill out those papers and having all my test done. It was like an hour and a half, which I think waShow mores good timing. Tell the staff to keep up the good work. I was hoping to see the doctor, but I saw the nurse practitioner maybe next time. I had a pleasant visit. I would recommend them to anybody.

Two things stand out. First, Dr. Jain takes the time to explain. I have never been rushed through an appointment or handed a conclusion without the reasoning behind it. Test results, blood work, and the reasons for each next step were laid out clearly enough that I could ask informed questions and participate in my own care — something that is rarer than it should be. Second, his diagnostic judgment has been thorough & methodical. Rather than stopping at an easy answer, he continues to monitor
The doctor did not listen to my heartbeat. It’s supposed to be a heart doctor it was it quite a minute did not pay attention

It is always a pleasurable experience from the front desk to the back of the office. I have to say the employees great hospitality they are respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. There are times we're I'm in & out and other times there might be a wait but through it all I get all my questions & concerns taken care of thank you guys for being so professional & caring to us patients.

Me gusta mucho la atención que tiene el personal con los pacientes, muy amables. El tiempo de espera fue un poco extenso debido a la gran cantidad de pacientes, pero estoy muy satisfecha con el servicio prestado. Además muy limpio el lugar.
