My visit with Dr Jain’s office in Yorktown Hgts was outstanding. This will be my location of choice. His entire team made me feel valued and respected. Everyone seemed to work well together helping each other when needed. The Show morenurse that did my ultrasound was caring and thorough. Dr Jain himself goes out of his way to help you achieve best results. He is very kind and takes his time with you. I highly recommend him and his Yorktown office team.
The entire staff at this facility are extremely caring and very professional. They always go above and beyond the call of duty. While waiting to see the doctor, they offer you coffee and donuts if you cared. The atmosphere is Show morefriendly and congenital. They explain to you your medical condition in the simplest of languages. It's a medical facility I would recommend to anybody needing care. They are good.

The best of everything Doctor nurses service hospitality. Everything is the best service.
I wish that the staff would enforce a quiet policy for patients to follow while in the waiting room. It is very frustrating to have to overhear people on speaker phone and inappropriate conversations between patients. Also, some of the staff are very passive aggressive and act very dismissive with patients. I had to wait almost 2 hours and was still being treated rudely. The doctors are very friendly though!
Did not visit with doctor on 1st visit but staff was extremely efficient. Waiting was the bare minimum and all procedures followed each other with no waiting time in between. Hopefully my next visit with the doctor goes just as smoothly
