Along with supporting her clients individually, she works as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant to drive systemic change at organizations. Prior to her clinical work, she worked as an educator, coach and program leader at Teach For India supporting underserved communities. Her background and lived experiences lead her to use a social justice and pedagogical lens to treatment that includes art, learning experiences and play. She believes that ineffective systems, traumas and relationships from our past can cause us to construct defense mechanisms and therefore learning to parent yourself can help you lead and love yourself with authenticity and conviction. Therefore she leverages an internal family systems and psychodynamic approach to therapy.
