The person closest to the window has been rude. The person at the far computer has been the most helpful. Perhaps the person at the far computer should be closest to the window. Her customer service skills far exceed the people whShow moreo sit in front of the window. The first time nobody acknowledged me at the window, I let it go. Now it has happened again. The woman was on her cell phone and seemed like I was bothering her. The doctor is great though. My five stars are for the Psychiatrist, not staff.

Saiqa Ismail, MD, offers comprehensive adult psychiatric services at her practice, Ismail MD PA, in Coral Springs, Florida. Dr. Ismail has extensive experience providing evidence-based treatments for the full scope of mental health disorders, from attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, and sleep disorders to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.
Dr. Ismail received her medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. She then completed her residency in psychiatry at Jackson Memorial Hospital, the primary teaching facility for the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida.
During her residency, she received the Psychiatry Residents Research Award and subsequently presented her results on PTSD residential treatment to the annual meeting of the American Psychiatric Association.
Since finishing her post-graduate psychiatric training, Dr. Ismail has gained extensive clinical experience. She served as a consultant psychiatrist at several medical centers in Dubai, UAE. She also worked as the staff psychiatrist at Henderson Behavioral Health in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Dr. Ismail has been practicing for several years , providing community-based outpatient services, including medication management and individual psychotherapy.
