Saleh Bahati, PMHNP-BC, MPH, CPH, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) licensed in Arizona and Florida. He earned his nursing degree from Florida International University and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Saint Louis University. Before specializing in psychiatry, Saleh practiced as a general family physician and hospitalist for more than 12 years, bringing extensive medical expertise to mental health care. He is the founder of Amicus Health & Wellness in Tempe, Arizona, where he provides evidence-based psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and treatment-resistant depression. Amicus Health & Wellness offers in-person and telehealth appointments, including weekday and Saturday availability, delivering compassionate, personalized care that helps individuals and families achieve lasting mental wellness.
