I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing with a holistic and trauma-informed approach. I also have additional training in co-occurring disorders, substance use, and trauma. In sessions, you can expect a supportive and empathetic partner in your therapeutic journey. I believe that the client is the expert in their own lives, I am simply here to support and guide them through the difficulties while making them aware of their present strengths.
