I can’t say enough good things about Sally. She is truly one of the best therapists I could have hoped to work with. From our very first session, she created a space that felt safe, supportive, and completely judgment-free. Sally is consistently kind and straightforward. She taught me a lot about cognitive processes and coping mechanisms. Whether it's a check-in type visit or a heavier working session, I always appreciate the perspective she brings.
