Sally Kraynik, MSN, AGPCNP-BC

Sally is a queer Nurse Practitioner based in Oregon. She is a WPATH GEI SOC8 Certified Member - a WPATH member in good standing who has completed an additional rigorous educational curriculum through the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). Sally is dedicated to advancing health equity and is ecstatic to increase access to gender-affirming care. Sally entered nursing in 2010 providing housecalls in West Philadelphia. She continued housecalls in rural Oregon and throughout the Portland metro area. Her clinical practice has been centered in gender-affirming hormone therapy since 2019. Sally is drawn to both housecalls and telemedicine because care is provided on patient-established terms. Her family brings her great joy - especially her two young children. She and her wife have a backyard tiny house for her parents-in-law, and they plan to attach another for her parents.
