I had an appointment today, at Pinnacle Health Group, and from the point of registering (Betsey), triage, Dr's visit, and signing out (Jose) was a good experience. I appreciate their willingness to help you get the best treatment Show morepossible. They are patient, courteous, listen, and informative. Whatever my reasons for the visit I'm treated with dignity and respect. The only way I can truly describe my visit is like being attended and seen by friends and family. They also referred me to a specialist that was trusted by them and would assist in continuing my health care needs. I'm extremely satisfied and grateful for Dr. Diasti's healthcare and Sydney Weaver, PA. If I left anyone by name (2 ladies)out of my praise report please forgive me. It was my husband & I first time visit with Dr. Diasti. We were pleasantly greeted at sign in. The whole process from the nurse taking our vitals & health info to meeting with the Doctor was the most smoothest, easy going visit I Show moreever had! He makes you feel comfortable and doesn't feel rushed like others do. He takes his time to get to know you, listens to your concerns and to me that is a very important element in a patient Doctor relationship. We are so happy to have found this place and for having Dr. Diasti as our new primary Doctor!
Sam Diasti, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician serving patients at Pinnacle Health Group in Tampa, Florida. He specializes in diagnosing and treating different aspects and levels of a variety of diseases, and providing preventive care.
Dr. Diasti attended Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, then completed his internal medicine residency at Seton Hall University, St. Michael’s Center in Newark, New Jersey.
Dr. Diasti is soft-spoken and warm, and offers every patient his utmost attention and support. For the superior care he offers everyone, he was recognized in 2016 as Tampa’s Memorial Hospital Physician of the Year. That same year, he was also named runner-up for Best Doctor in Tampa by Tampa Bay Magazine.
Dr. Diasti chose to pursue medicine after witnessing the fulfilling career of his uncle, who was also a physician. Today, he chooses to stay in medicine because, as an internal medicine doctor, he gets to help people feel better and put their minds at ease every day.

Dr Diasti is so friendly and personable and really gives out much needed advice. Down to earth advice that you can really relate to. Before I had met Dr Diasti, I had lost a lot of weight from 2021 and he looked back at records and he gave me accolades for losing all the weight. Made me really feel good!!!

Dr Diasti and his staff are outstanding!! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and are super friendly. Dr Diasti was fantastic! He was very thorough and took his time to ensure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a phenomenal doctor with a great team!

The Doctor was very patient and listened to my concerns. And did something that no other Doctor has ever considered. Reducing the dosage on a medication that I have been taking for over 10 years.
