About Dr. Samantha Frembgen, DO

All nationalities, cultures, lifestyles, genders and orientations are very welcome at our practice. We provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management, including Spravato (es-ketamine) for treatment-resistant depression with suicidal thoughts. Areas of interest include depression, PTSD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, LGBTQIA+ issues, 12 step recovery including process addictions (eg- food, spending, sex and love), and more. Dr. Frembgen thoroughly evaluates her patients to reach an accurate, sometimes missed, diagnosis - even if it takes more than just one visit to establish that diagnosis - so that you can get the treatment that is right for you. She makes sure not to compromise time spent per patient, as she values quality of patient care and seeing the results over anything else. As a chronic pain survivor, she is interested in the connection between mental health and physical well-being as it relates to treating and healing mental illness.
