I started seeing Samantha at a crossroads in my healing journey. I was feeling good with all of the changes I had made in my life thus far however something was still off. After a thorough intake and explorative discussion, SamantShow moreha determined what was needed to move me along on my journey. I felt seen and heard from day one and every appointment after that. Samantha’s approach is thorough and informative. She is straightforward yet able to deliver diagnoses in a kind and caring manner.
I've been working with Samantha Heim as my med prescriber (I'm an adult patient) for several years now. I'm always impressed with Samantha's familiarity with different medications, and ability to convey information in a very thougShow morehtful yet thorough way. I recently suggested my husband engage her as his provider as well (his was retiring). I began as Samantha's patient with in person appointments. The tele-med format took a little getting used to, but she and her assistant are very responsive.

Samantha really took the time to listen to my concerns and issues. It felt extremely personal, like she genuinely wanted to get to know me. I didn't feel rushed and felt comfortable opening up to her. So glad I made the switch and look forward to building a patient doctor relationship with her.
Sam Heim has been incredibly compassionate and thoughtful in her care. It is very easy to schedule an appointment with her, whether an emergency appointment or a regular follow up. She is also very responsive via email. Both of my teenagers have a great relationship with her.

I had been misdiagnosed for years and treated for major depressive disorder and I just felt something wasn’t right. I found Samantha Heim and she found my right diagnosis and has worked with me over the last few years to find the right treatment and I finally feel like myself again! She’s compassionate and knowledgeable.
