Very professional
Samantha made me have 5 lab draws in less than 2 months and results were always same or similar without properly treating me. She doesn’t listen to my health care needs because she wants more appointments for more money. She yells at my wife and cuts her off when she’s speaking and Samantha doesn’t take the time to listen. She is really inexperienced as we’ve had to explain medication to her. I asked admin staff to speak to manager but received no response

When telling Samantha that the staff that answers texts and calls schedules incorrectly, doesn’t understand issues, doesn’t respond to calls or texts until I follow up multiple times, Samantha instead of having staff take accountability and not make the same mistakes, takes the staffs side so they continue to be rude, unhelpful and deny any wrongdoing. I asked them to listen to the recorded calls as proof since some offices typically recordings, but conveniently they don’t. Sam is inexperienced
Samantha is patient, engaging, present, a great listener and communicator and has helped me significantly. I highly recommend her.
She's great. I had my second visit with her and she was professional and personable. I can't think of any complaints.
