Samantha P. is very patient, kind, and easy to work with. She truly cares about her patients and takes her time, which made my breathing and walking tests much less stressful. I’ve had anxiety from past pulmonology offices, but she made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the exams. She’s a great asset to this office.

I have severe pulmonary issues. I also utilize paratransit for transportation to and from these appointments. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early. The weather was extremely cold outside. As I stood at the door and knocked to be let in to my 8am appointment, the staff would not allow me to enter because the office was not open. I understand the reasoning behind this, but the cold caused a brochospasm as I waited outside. I wasn't allowed in until approximately 5 minutes before.
Samantha was pleasant and professional. I was concerned about doing the 6-minute walking test, I have pulmonary hypertension. Samantha got me through it with ease, she did have to provide oxygen for the last minute of the test.
She was on time (in fact, a few minutes early), pleasant, and provided clear explanations for the PFT. She answered all my questions, and was not rushed at all.
