Came from out of town and I was a bit late, and the office decided to go ahead and see me, which was incredibly helpful and very nice bc they didn’t have to do that. He listened to me and my concerns, which I had many due to this being an extensive problem involving needing revision surgery. He was patient and pleasant and addressed all my questions and concerns. For the first appt I am very pleased with the office and Dr. Very friendly staff and they were very organized with each step of the appt. Everyone working had a job, knew what it was and got it done immediately. Seems to be a very well structured office.

Sam Clellen, DPM, is a board-qualified, fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon at Louisville Foot and Ankle Specialists, which has locations in Louisville (Norton Audubon), Shepherdsville, Fern Creek, Kentucky, and Clarksville, Jeffersonville, Corydon, Indiana. Dr. Clellen attended Ohio University for his undergraduate studies before completing his medical education at Barry University in Miami, FL, where he graduated as Salutatorian while also earning his MBA. He then went on to complete his residency training in South Florida at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital, followed by a rigorous one-year fellowship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at the WellSpan Health Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Fellowship in Lancaster, PA.

I’m 82 years old. Today was my first ever visit to a Podiatrist and what a great experience. Very professional, great bed side manner and a great desire to help people feel better. The Best.
Dr. Clellen was very Professional and has a wealth of knowledge regarding my issue. He provided sound guidance to help manage the pain that I'm experiencing and immediately provided a Care Plan moving forward. I would recommend would recommend this medical staff in a heartbeat!
