Dr. Sandra Nairooz, DDS

Sandra Nairooz, DDS, MSD, is an experienced dentist and board-certified orthodontist at Smile Structure Dentistry and Braces, providing high-quality oral health care to people of all ages at offices in San Antonio and Helotes, Texas.

Dr. Nairooz brings more than 10 years of experience to the practice. She was born and raised in Egypt and studied at Ain Shams University in Cairo. There, Dr. Nairooz earned her undergraduate degree in dental surgery. After graduation, she remained at Ain Shams and completed a general dentistry residency.

In 2010, Dr. Nairooz moved to America and enrolled at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in New York. She completed four years of intensive training, earning her dental degree. 

Before entering private practice, Dr. Nairooz completed an orthodontic internship at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a two-year postgraduate orthodontic McLaughlin Program in San Diego, California.

Dr. Nairooz is trained in all aspects of dentistry and has a special interest in orthodontics. She regularly prescribes braces and Invisalign® treatment to her patients.

Outside of work, Dr. Nairooz is active in several professional organizations. She’s a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the San Antonio District Dental Society.

Dr. Nairooz is also active in the community and regularly volunteers, using her dental knowledge to support children needing oral health care. She welcomes anyone needing a dentist to Smile Structure Dentistry and Braces today.
