Dr Sanjay Shah is a very professional and caring Dr who actually tries to understand and treat your pain with compassion offering several options with the willingness to explore treatment options according to your circumstances anShow mored pain level . Scheduling is exceptionally easy. I personally wish I had been his patient sooner. One of the few doctors that I’ve felt like really heard me when I explain what kind of pain I endure and what works and what doesn’t . I don’t know it’s just comforting to actually be a patient to a physician who doesn’t just try to push their own money agenda on your body when your body has already been through so much. And the staff is great too. It’s a very clean office with a very professional caring and cordial nurses. Attitude can make a world of difference when you don’t feel your best. If your looking for a caring doctor that will have your best interest at heart look no further because you’ve found him in Dr Sanjay Shah.
As always, I had a wonderful visit with Dr shah. There's not much I can say other than if it wasn't for Dr shah, and the work that I put in my life would be totally different. We have a tremendous relationship. Sanjay is one of thShow moreose people that really cares about his patience I've been with him going on 5 years and I would never think of switching. There's not many legitimate pain management clinics in the northeast. S e p a and it's stop truly care about his patients. What I think sets it apart is that it teaches its patients to care about themselves. And this is a place where Dr Shaw really excels. Sanjay Shah, MD, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, and Chalfont, Pennsylvania. He joined the team in 2006.
Dr. Shah earned his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and his medical degree from Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico. He then completed his residency in anesthesiology and a fellowship in pain management, both at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
He is a pain management physician who specializes in treating debilitating and painful conditions through various interventional orthopedic therapies. His philosophy for treating patients is based on staying current with the latest pain management, minimally invasive spine surgery, and regenerative techniques so he can provide the best possible care for his patients.
Dr. Shah is dual board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine through the American Board of Anesthesiology with a subspecialty certification in pain medicine. In 2014, Dr. Shah founded Regenexx Philadelphia, where he began treating patients by utilizing their own platelets and stem cells to regenerate tissue.
On a personal note, Dr. Shah is an avid do-it-yourselfer and makes every effort to stay current on technology. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Wonderful staff; unusually kind in today’s healthcare world. Question about getting injections. I’ve had 3 steroid packs—in June, July and yesterday Dr Mehnert, Rothman physical rehab MD, gave me a third. Will all these recent steroids cause brittle bones? I was just dxed with osteoporosis and not treated yet. Have appt end of Aug. Afraid to have another fx if steroids fiven too soon.
Dr. Shah is always personable and treats patients like family. All staff is great and I highly recommend them for getting food care!
I would like you to know that I give 5 stars to DR Shah and Sepa. He is so friendly and really knows what he is doing. Went in for 2 back procedures and they where virtually painless. The staff is great there too they are so friendly that I kind of like going there. These days it can be hard to find a doctor and and a office staff that are so pleasant to be around.

I didn’t feel anything during the procedure. It was great. The only thing is I had a bad headache over my right eye and my legs would not stop even with my other medicine. I was up all night. Feel better now.
