For the most part, I love Dr Khan and his staff. All are nice and professional. Every once in a while, they'll be a huge crowd and the wait time may be long.But that happens very few and far between. Usually, I'm in and out wiShow morethin 20 to 30 minutes.If that. I wish though that while I'm there.If i'm having a lot of pain in my hand or somewhere and need a shot , they won't do it until they go through the insurance. My previous long time care pain management office would do the shot right there.And not even have to schedule it and then if it didn't get covered by insurance fully , then I just paid it. But I understand now that I'm up here in Lakeland every city is a little different.And practices are different and insurance companies are different. So I rate , doctor con and his office staff a five , because they have helped me tremendously and are always very pleasant. Thanks to all of you , may god bless you.
Dr. Khan is a very kind and understanding doctor who actually cares. He runs his clinic very strict but on patient care first. He does not just cancel your appointment if 15 minutes late. His patients do come first. His assistanShow moret Diana is the bong dignity! She always enters the room with a true face grin smile from ear to ear. She as well, knows her stuff. I just love her in a patient way. If she sees your upset about something she is going to throw the brakes on and ask you about it! She also is so kind
Dr. Saqib Khan, the Medical Director and the primary physician of Pain Medicine Inc is an Anesthesiologist specializing in Pain Management. He is a family man with four children, two of whom are physicians. He established his interventional practice in the Lakeland area over a quarter of a century ago.
Dr. Saqib Khan, medical school in 1986 and is one of the first physicians in the country to be triple board-certified. He currently holds board certification by the American Board of Specialties in the field of anesthesia, critical care and Interventional Pain Management.

Dr.Khan is an excellent physician—professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate and friendly . He explain everything clearly and never rush through appointments. I appreciate how attentive and friendly they are, which makes a big difference when discussing health concerns. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares.
Just had a procedure 2 weeks ago- an SI-(sacro-Iliac) Fix & feel so much better! Still healing a little from the procedure but my almost constant left lower back pain is gone! Many thanks to Dr. Khan & his wonderful staff @ the surgical center & his office. I have had some injections for pain in this area in the past that helped for a while but this will be longer lasting pain relief!
Dr. Kahn was very welcoming. He really seems to care for his patients Today was my first visit but he gave me a very good impression.
I’ve been with Dr. Kahn for about eight to nine years. He has always been so caring and nice down through the years. He makes sure that he does his best to help you feel the best he could do. His nurses are very helpful and nice also. Let us not forget the Nurse Practitioner Mrs. Diane. She’s also just as sweet and caring. They’ve all have made the pain a lot more bearable in my life. I would like to thank them all. Dr. Kahn also make a mean organic herbal tea. I think he has mastered it now. Such a great group of people.

Got no help for months. A waste of a few hundred dollars. Doesn’t even talk to you while you’re there. Doesn’t listen to you either. And I won’t even mention the HIPAA violations! I might mention them to the medical board though.

I showed up for my appointment and when I went in to talk to the doctor, it was strange. He came in the room and said he has reviewed my case. That was strange because I have never talked to him in my life. He asked me a question and as I was answering he just started talking into his phone. He didn’t even let me finish my sentence. I have severe restless leg syndrome which causes bad cramps, I have issues with both knees and both hands but all he heard was the right knee. Again, he doesn’t listen. He then proceeded to schedule me for an MRI. When Advanced Diagnostics called me to set the appointment, all they talked about was the right knee. That isn’t even the bad knee. Again, he doesn’t listen. I was told my co-pay would be $600.00. I assume the other knee would be the same. Then there is the issue with my hands. I have 2 of them as well. Probably another $1200.00. Then there is the issue of the restless legs and anyone that thinks that isn’t a pain issue has obviously never suffered from it. This guy is going to have me $3000.00 in the whole before a treatment is administered. He didn’t care at all about my concerns. Did I mention that he doesn’t listen to the patients. When he was talking into his phone after interrupting me he was getting it wrong. I had to interrupt him and tell him that isn’t what I said. This is by far the worst Dr. appointment I have ever had. I hope for everyone else’s wellbeing he was just having a bad day. I hope he doesn’t treat all his patients like this. Good luck to all the patients.
I Love Ms. Diana she always go out her way to fight the insurance company for me to get the proper treatment for my pain. I appreciate that!! Dr. Khan will Ask his patient do they want any tea.

This is only my 2nd visit but I feel like everyone is very approachable with questions or concerns. Doctor Khan listens and helps with how to resolve your pain. He is attentive and takes time to help and does not rush or make you feel like you’re not being heard. I’m glad I found his office
I was very impressed! But I hated the incline ramps and then the decline, but this was once and old church. But the staff was EXCELLENT
I am extremely satisfied with all the services I have received from all the members… thanks to Dr. Khan and Dr. Botero for the procedures they have performed; my condition has improved tremendously. In addition, the staff are all very kind and super efficient. Wherever I hear about pain, I recommend them without hesitation; you won't regret it.
