Dr. Sara Bobak

Sara Bobak, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 12 years of experience in adult and child/adolescent psychiatry. She helps patients improve their quality of life at Bowman Medical Group in Beverly Hills, California. 

Dr. Bobak studied at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, where she earned both a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and her medical degree. She completed her residency and child/adolescent psychiatry fellowship training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Bobak’s approach to care involves taking the time to uncover and understand the biological components, life stressors, and psychological contributions underlying certain conditions. She works collaboratively with her patients to develop custom treatment plans and takes the time to educate them on their diagnosis and treatment options. 

Dr. Bobak’s specialties and areas of interest include depression, eating disorders, and anxiety. She draws from a variety of treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychopharmacology, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for depression. 

She looks forward to working with new patients and continuing her care of returning clients at Bowman Medical Group.
