Sara is very caring and attentive. She carefully listens to your concerns and questions and does not try to rush you out of the office. The contrary, she asks questions to ensure she covers everything that could be causing the issue.

PA Marshall is very personable and listens well. She answers questions kindly without hint of defense or judgement. Also, the knowledge lab attendant next door, Marisela (not part of the practice) commented that Sara tends to be thorough with her coding of orders so I look forward to that helping the billing process at the end. In a world where trust in the medical community has waned, I’m thankful to have had a great experience this morning!
