About Sarah Buckingham, MSW

I work with children, teens, adults, parents, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, substance use recovery, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, grief, burnout, parenting challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My approach is individualized and integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and expressive interventions. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to create meaningful, lasting change.
