I hold my MSW degree from the University of Southern California and have dedicated the past several years to working with individuals navigating a variety of issues including grief, substance abuse, and parenting challenges. My approach is rooted in a client-centered philosophy, fostering a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences. I integrate a trauma-informed and relational lens, often drawing from various modalities to help clients break cycles and gain insight.
