Sarah Lemoine is the owner and operator of Pelican Medical Wellness Center in Gonzales, LA, specializing in family medical and wellness. As a nurse practitioner, Sarah treats chronic illnesses such as hypertension and diabetes, she provides same-day sick visits for colds, flu and minor injuries, and she is certified to perform DOT medical examinations. After earning her finance degree from LSU in 2001 while serving in the U.S. Marine Reserves, Sarah began her nursing practice with a focus in physical rehabilitation in 2009— she has experience with a wide variety of health conditions and physical injuries. Her life-long love of learning keeps her striving for excellence every day and she looks forward to a future in which her large family will healthily grow.
