It has been challenging to find a medical professional who is as personable, professional, and engaged as Dr. Mack. I truly appreciate that she took the time to ensure we felt comfortable and never rushed. Her approach significantShow morely exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the scheduling process was incredibly easy, and I was grateful that we were able to get an appointment right away. Dr. Mack is the best!
Intake interview was thorough. Dr. Mack's listen to my chest was the needed item today. She concluded she could hear faint rales where the Carbon Health PA had heard pneumonia sounds. Dr. Mack said to continue the Doxycycline treatment in progress. That's what I needed. Good.

Dr. Mack is great. She takes her time with you and really listens to what you have to say! Her OMT treatments are fabulous as well. There's never a wait at her office, either. Her staff is also super friendly. I highly recommend her.

I am a new patient and completed all of my paperwork online thus minimizing my wait time to less than ten minutes in the waiting room. The waiting time in the doctor's room was less than 15 minutes.
I appreciated being able to get seen quickly and to get a prescription for my sinus infection right away, I have been taking it since Friday and no longer have a sore throat. The sinus pain and drainage has improved . In the past it has sometimes taken two weeks of meds. to get better. Will let you know how I do after 7 days.
