Sarah Mihalko, OTR/L

Sara Mihalko, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA) dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience at the University of Tennessee, Sara worked in a neurology clinic, where she conducted neurocognitive testing on patients with neurodegenerative diseases, such as mild cognitive impairment and dementia. She then spent four years at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, working in Anesthesiology and Internal Medicine. During this time, she gained extensive experience in both the operating room and the ICU, focused on treating critical illness and delirium, in addition to improving long-term outcomes for critically ill patients.

With a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Point Loma Nazarene University, Sara brings a comprehensive and compassionate approach to medicine. She prioritizes understanding patients' unique needs and identifying the root causes of symptoms to offer effective treatment plans. Beyond clinical work, Sara enjoys hot yoga, spending time outdoors, cooking, and being with her family and friends, which helps her remain energized and attentive to patient care. Through her dedication to both personal and professional growth, Sara strives to deliver outstanding care and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
