Sarah Phillips, AGNP

Sarah Phillips, DNP, APRN, is an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner at Prudent Medical Providers. With offices in Tacoma and Federal Way, Washington, Dr. Phillips offers experienced health care to adults of all ages. 

Dr. Phillips completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. She then went on to pursue her adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner degree at Walden University, followed by her doctorate in nursing practice (DNP) at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a certified nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and has over 20 years of experience providing medical care to adults. 

She has been married to her marine husband, Jay, for over 10 years and they have been raising their teenage daughter, Angel. As a family, they enjoy cooking together and hiking.

Dr. Phillips is currently a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Geriatrics Society, the American Medical Directors Association, and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology.
