I am blessed to have found a wonderful caring PA who takes her time and listens to me. Who always knows what to say and do and has guided me on my path to the best health I can achieve as I age. She is possibly the best medical peShow morerson I have had in life because she listens and offers advice and direction. Doctors I have had in the past all had that know-it-all attitude. I have lived in this body now for 76 years, I know it better than anyone. So, it's wonderful to have a person who listens and works with me rather than tell me they know better about what my body needs. Sarah you're the best!

Sarah West APRN is a dedicated healthcare professional with a diverse background and a passion for patient care. Sarah began her healthcare career as a nurse's aide, demonstrating her early commitment to caring for others. In 2008, she advanced her career by becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), gaining valuable experience in this role. She obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing from Northern Essex, providing her with a solid foundation in nursing. While working full-time in the Intensive Care Unit, Sarah continued her education by earning her Bachelor's Degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, demonstrating her ability to balance work and academics. In 2022, Sarah reached another milestone by graduating from Rivier University, with a Master's Degree in Nursing, which allowed her to become a Nurse Practitioner.
Sarah resides in Windham with her husband and three small children, showcasing her commitment to both her career and her family. She's a wonderful medical provider! I had a migraine that lasted 2 weeks. I had 2 office visits and a trip to the ER. No one could help relieve the pain then I saw Sarah and she figured it out! She's caring person that goes the extra mile to help you.
