Sarah Wile

Sage is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Delaware with over three years of experience since completing their Master’s Degree at Widener University. They have worked with survivors of trauma and interpersonal violence, as well as families, adolescents, and adults, and now provide individual, relationship, and family counseling. Sage is a relationship-centered practitioner who believes trust—both between client and therapist and within oneself—is the foundation of therapy. They work collaboratively with clients to clarify goals and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. Drawing from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sage uses an eclectic, flexible approach tailored to each client’s needs. Their goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build self-awareness, and strengthen their relationships.
