Dr. Sarah Youssef, In our session we go over my behavior in regards to each of medications giving me the boost in the specific area where I feel I'm deficient. Today all my cylinders were functioning. For example a few weeks ago Show moreI wore my hair curly. This morning I washed it and blew it out, because the energy level and concentration was there. A few weeks ago I just couldn't style my hair, so I wore it curly. When I arrived home I even remembered how to install my mirror sliding doors.
Dr Youseff is wonderful she is very down to earth . It is very easy to speak with her. She pays attention to what is being said and then proceeds from there. Dr Youseff is there for her patient's always returns your phone calls .Show more She is a doctor who truly is involved with her patients. It is rare to see a doctor who is so dedicated to her patients In my opinion that is what doctors are all about concern for and dedication to their patients well being

She has significantly improved my quality of life by completing a thorough review of my situation, removing medications that were not beneficial to my mental health and slowly adding another medication. I was in crisis mode yesterday when I talked to Dr.Youssef. she gave me good insight and I felt better. She suggested I meet with my therapist every week for 3 weeks. I spoke to my therapist and she had more suggestions and insight for me.vi felt much better after our session .
