I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing outpatient therapy to adolescents and adults. I create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can feel comfortable exploring concerns and working toward meaningful, practical change. My approach is client-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I support clients with anxiety, mood concerns, emotional regulation, life transitions, and body image, tailoring treatment to each person’s goals and needs. I am also bilingual (English/Spanish).
