Nice interview
I felt that the test was given very professionally.
Working with Sara and Todd was fantastic. Methodical, clear and directed questions with a positive approach. Nothing to do with Sara and Todd but filling out the form online. Horrible experience. Questionaire at a minimum needs to be broken up into smaller parts. I did have a call into another provider but didn't get a response. I would have gone with them because of the difficulty of filling out forms online without being able to pickup where I left off. That is why the 2 stars.
Explanation of results was delivered in a caring and compassionate manner while still going through everything with thoroughness and clear explanations. No additional questions after meeting, but am curious where to view results online or after the fact physically. Quirky site but great provider(s).
Sarajane made me feel very comfortable. Her calm, quiet manner is reassuring. I appreciated her explanation of the testing process so I know what to expect. She set up the next appointment at the end of the session. This was a virtual appointment, so the "Office Cleanliness" and "Staff Friendliness" don't apply.
Professional staff was excellent. Answered all my concerns and questions regarding the benefits of testing in my situation. It was easy to feel comfortable with these clinicians. Office staff were kind and helpful. However I would suggest better communication between professional and office staff. If I were ever asked, I would definitely recommend AAA Neuropsychology services.
