I knew that I would love the people in the building when I had to call to get directions to the place. The fact that the receptionist took the time to go outside the building and help me get there was the start of a great thing. OShow morence I got there I was introduced to Mrs Sherri and then I got a detail tour from the receptionist. This building felt like home a place you would love going to relax and feel safe. Mrs Sherri was absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to be part of the family.

We feel blessed to have been referred to Dr. Henderson and The Recovery Group. This approach to therapy is like none we have ever heard of or seen. The patience and professionalism exhibited makes for a comfortable yet rewarding session. Our patient looks forward to her visits and already is showing great results.
I really enjoyed it I was able to move around and talk to my therapist at the same time. Just being able to be free with an open mind. And not being judged. I really enjoyed it and can’t wait wait for the next time.

Meeting a new therapist probably always brings some anxiety. Prior to my appointment, I developed an unfamiliar deep knot-like sensation in my gut. I think it was my body keeping score of what it was carrying. So I wasn’t my usual talkative self. But I felt heard and validated as I talked. Without realizing I became more talkative. The sensation began to dissipate. Dr. Scherri brought a good balance of support, encouragement and dosing of my reality. Enough to feel this could be a life line…
