Dr Maser has the patience that you RARELY find this day and age in a Dr. . He never is in a hurry and always answers questions (even dumb ones in my case) in a way that makes sense. He has done numerous procedures, injections etc.Show more and is STILL patient when I tend not to adhere to his post procedure advice. I have danced around the procedure of finally having him go in and repair my lower back due to the fact that I'm kind of terrified of anyone working on my spine due to horror stories about "botched procedures" and so. Again, he has been MORE than patient and I'm the epitome of a "bad patient " and he still just shakes his head and asks "ya ready yet" to attack the root of my issue. His staff , Susie and Annie have ALWAYS been no less than awesome with my " special requests" and last minute appointments due to the fact that I live in Colorado half the time and here in Florida the other half and they all have been no less than awesome to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I can have any procedure done in either state but I choose to have Maser and his staff here in Florida for all my medical needs. Again, it's rare to find a practice that not only do they remember you by name, they actually treat you with the same familiarity that " old school" way. If your sitting in the fence and not sure... try him and his staff, you will see what I and everyone I have had the pleasure of visiting with in the waiting room have come to experience. I'd give a high 5 if I could
Dear Dr. Williams, Every time I go into your offices, I am blown away with the level of compassion and concern that is displayed by every one of your staff. I am truly in awe. On my last visit, it was over the top with the depth oShow moref explanation that you yourself were willing to take the time to describe some of the "what ifs" that can occur in the future. So your tech took more x-rays to show me exactly why and where I am experiencing the pain, not that I am trying to run up the bill, but if the ligaments are missing then that may well mean that I will be somewhat disabled as a result of those issues. For these reasons, am i pleased, I am ecstatic that I have not experienced in a long time. It has been a unique experience to say the least. On a different subject, I was asking one of your associates if there might be a time when I might be able to speak with you. I use a number of different supplements and I cannot get from the telephone agents any kind of information other than these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease. My response to them is, then why am I talking to you at all.Ir is virtually impossible to get in touch with these doctors. All I want is the best product to do the best for by body. Thank you for all that you have done for me thus far. I only wish there were a lot more like you chair-side manner, (bedside just didn't feel appropriate)!

painless
Dr. Brotherton has a genuinely pleasant and caring disposition which made me feel at ease during my visit and treatment. He was accurate and quick to diagnose my severe shoulder pain. I would definitely recommend him. My son went to him a few years ago for a broken arm, and I was so impressed with how he cared for him that I knew right where to go myself.
Dr very pleasant& seems knowledgeable always prompt with appoint times
Had left shoulder problems so I returned to Dr, Brotherton for a remedy. I have been seeing him for 3 years on another issue so this was the first shoulder excursion. After seeing the xrays he suggested a steroid injection into the arthritic spot. He does not rush you into anything or other treatments so I was happy with his suggestion. To date I am very happy with the injection with some therapy the outcome is looking good.
The doctor was very kind and attentive. He gave me time to ask any kind of questions. He would over everything with me very thoroughly. I would definitely refer him to anybody.
The doctor and his staff were courteous on time and fix the problem
During pre-op and post-op office visits, dr. Brotherton was concise, clear, and easy to understand. He explained in detail exactly what procedures were done. He answered all of my questions. In addition, he showed extreme enthusiasm in my healing, welfare, and his expertise. That’s what I look for in a doctor. I highly recommend him and Orthopedic Specialists!
It was fantastic. I worried about the procedure for weeks but it was really painless and I feel great.
My experience at Orthopedic Specialists and with Dr. Brotherton was very professional, efficient and exceeded my expectations. The facility itself is very pleasant, each of the employees with whom I interacted were kind and proficient. I feel very comfortable returning for my 6 week checkup and future physical therapy - and also feel confident that my health issue will be resolved to the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend Orthopedic Specialists!
Always listens. Offers choices.
Excellent Dr. The Best!
Kind, smart, capable, realistic.
Dr Brotherton always wanted to know what questions I had about my procedure and recovery. He’s very skilled and passionate about his job.
Dr Brotherton is a professional who has full knowledge of our appendages and their injuries. He also tries to avoid surgery whenever possible.
Upfront honest think he did a great job
I broke my foot in a car accident. Dr. Brotherton saw me immediately, x-rayed my foot and put on a walking cast. Because he knew I was leaving for Europe in a month he scheduled me an appointment the day before I was leaving to make sure my foot was healing properly and I would be okay to go on my scheduled trip. Dr. Brotherton has also performed surgery on my 17 year old daughters hand due to a broken finger that had to be pinned. He gave her the best care and made her comfortable. We have seen Dr. Brotherton for multiple other injuries as my daughter plays 3 sports and we are so grateful we can always count on him. They have wonderful staff and Jeff Fralis along with Dr. Brotherton has always gone above and beyond for my family. We appreciate all the wonderful staff, the quick appointments and the care we get every time!
Staff was very receptive to getting me in for flare up of knee pain Dr Brotherton assessed and treated my problem with great results
Dr.Brotherton listened to my problem told me what he could do while in his office. And after my consent, he took care of me. Many thanks!
My experience was very good Professional on time and caring. Thank you very much.
He is a brilliant Doctor, very knowledgeable and a pleasant gentleman. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Dr Brotherton is amazing, as well as the staff.
I’m a runner with a left knee that had been sore for so long, I just accepted it. It wasn’t too bad, so I pushed past the pain every day. Over time, it seemed to be getting worse, so I figured I better get it checked out, and went to see Dr. Brotherton. The helpful and friendly staff took x-rays right there, and the diagnosis of a damaged meniscus, and subsequent treatment, were spot on. The next day, when I got out of bed, I actually noticed my knee, not because it hurt, but because it was completely pain free! Wow. So glad I went to see Dr. Brotherton. Upbeat staff. Great service. I’d recommend him for all my athletic friends!
Very pleasant answers my questions
Dr and staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. This is a top-notch practice from appointments, to visits, and on through follow up.
Dr Brotherton did a reverse shoulder replacement for me . From consultation to follow up care he has been thorough in his care and explained everything to me .
Doctor was very personable & thorough with the examination including information regarding your particular issue. Dr Brotherton came highly recommended by my niece who also works at the hospital & on many occasions she is in the operating room with him as the x-ray technician. I was extremely pleased at the outcome of my shoulder surgery.
I had ruptured my bicep tendon and Orthopedic specialists was able to see me the day after the injury. Throughout the process the customer service team was courteous and informative throughout the entire process. Dr. Brotherton did the surgery and a little over two months and the arm feels back to normal. Orthopedic Specialists has my highest recommendation.
