Scott Lizotte

Scott Lizotte, MSN, FNP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of clinical experience caring for patients across the lifespan and diverse cultural backgrounds. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University and his bachelor’s degree from California State University, San Bernardino. His clinical background includes family medicine, urgent care, and functional medicine. Scott is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and serves as faculty at a prominent Southern California university. As a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, he has received additional training in weight management, hormone replacement therapy, nutrition, and a holistic approach to chronic disease management. His approach to care integrates evidence-based medicine with thoughtful, holistic, and natural strategies partnering with patients to guide them toward optimal health.
