Great Customer Service
Scott Masullo and staff are the best.
Good doctor, but he said that he sent a medication for me that was never sent. When I spoke with him, he insisted that he had sent it. When I returned to the pharmacy, they showed me the print out from their computer that shows that the medication was NOT there on the day he claims to have sent it. This cost me extra trips to the pharmacy. There was also similar confusion for the same medication the week prior, again with Dr. Masullo. This has also happened with other Dr's from this office.
