I genuinely enjoyed the experience. This was my first time going and they were all so helpful in guiding me through the process. I got a TB skin test at the location on Trowbridge then I got the test checked and a meningitis vacciShow morene at the one on George dieter and both places felt like a space I was welcome. I also have a weird thing about needles and the staff took that into consideration and helped me feel more comfortable throughout the process. 10/10

staff was very polite, however once you walk in no one greets you or tells you what to do, we had an appt at 4:30 and were told we were scheduled at 2:30, we signed up at the waiting list and after a few mins we told them we had an appt and they took us in immediately, very kind and explained everything, thank you for your service

Staff was very nice- no issues. However, the prices had increased and were not updated on the web site. Also, there was an additional $4 charge for paying with a credit card. Again, no mention of this on web site. When making an appointment online, only 1 location was offered. 2nd location not an option. While the process was simple to do online, there needs to be better transparency so people are prepared.
