The staff and my provider were so sweet as always. I was in and back out so fast & was able to run a couple of others errands because the staff was so fast & efficient. I went to the Blossom Hill office for the first time. Although parking is difficult, it is worth it.

My experience has been that in general the adminitrative staff has been rude and unaccomodating: 1. They were rude when I first arived and I indicated that I already filled out the paperwork at home. They insisted I have not done so. 2. They were rude when they kept the door locked after 9am, when my appt was, and when I left they wouldn't accomodate me. 3. They were rude when I subsequently showed up to their other location, thinking that I must have gottent the location wrong. 4. Etc, etc.

Sean is compassionate. I have multiple pain issues, and I appreciate his knowledge and help. His concern as I go through breast cancer and its treatment was unexpected and deeply appreciated. He's one of the kindest medical professionals I've seen. That's saying a lot because I'm old. He zeroes in on the exact problem.

Sean Fung-On is compassionate and treats the whole patient. Meaning, he asks about what health issues you're going through as well as pain management. I appreciate his concern and kindness.
