About Seth Bremyer, LCPC

After almost 26 years of experience I have worked in psychiatric hospitals, mental health centers, private practice and school based settings. I have worked with clients in their 90's and as young as 4. I most commonly treat depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and adjustment problems. I have much experience working with people with ADHD, anger management problems, parenting issues, rebelliousness, identity problems and LGBTQ. I think the reasons I have had the most success are due to my active listening skills, careful questioning, empathetic nature and genunine curiosity. I am also highly trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, solution focused and psycho education therapies as well. Aside from being a therapist I enjoy staying active, being outside in nature, watching sports, cooking, playing cards and hanging out with my wife and friends.
