I was seen by the doctor on an appointment of emergency for a very severe sciatic pain. After the consultation, she prescribed me a very strong medication for nerve pain and told me it would be sent to the pharmacy immediately, this appointment was at 2:30 PM, I am still waiting for the prescription to be sent to the pharmacy one day later, and I'm still in severe pain. The doctor Does not follow through with the consultation and diagnosis. I did Not a good experience.

Meeting Shacara Eggleston today for the first time as a new pt. She, along with her student, were very professional, kind and thorough. My only concern with the office is how hard it is to make an appt….(via phone calls) Hopefully this will improve with future visits, as my initial try was a bit cumbersome… All in all , the staff is kind and my appt was on time.
